Trust and maintenance
How this site decides what is true.
A useful guide must show where a claim came from, which software it applies to and when it was last checked. This is the standard every technical page is being moved to.
Evidence levels
Not every statement carries the same weight.
Officially documented
The claim is supported by the tool owner, official documentation or the project source.
Verified by testing
The behavior was reproduced in a named environment, with the test conditions recorded.
Community reported
The report is useful and attributed, but has not yet been reproduced independently.
Unconfirmed
Evidence is incomplete. It must be labelled clearly and cannot be used as a recommended fix.
The RE+ repository is the authority for what RE+ itself does. Filmmaking videos may explain cameras, frame rate or shutter, but they are never presented as proof of an RE+ feature.
Page responsibilities
One fact should have one canonical home.
Primary source register
What each source is allowed to prove.
Rockstar Editor+ repository at d6c0a318
Authoritative source snapshot for RE+ features, installation, generated settings and troubleshooting. Source code is checked when the README lags behind main.
Open CoreFX / crxhvrd sourceRockstar Editor guide
Authoritative source for the base editor, clips, projects, markers and camera controls.
Open Rockstar Games sourceElectronic and mirror shutter white paper
Primary cinematography reference for shutter-angle relationships.
Open ARRI sourceMovie Render Queue temporal sampling
General renderer reference for temporal samples across shutter-open time.
Open Epic Games sourceVideo lesson register
These videos are teaching aids. Their exact role is recorded so a general filmmaking lesson cannot be mistaken for proof of an RE+ feature.
Official Rockstar Editor overview
Shows the base editor that RE+ extends. It does not demonstrate RE+ features.
Watch from Rockstar GamesRockstar Editor camera controls
Independent walkthrough of base camera markers and editor navigation.
Watch from KeFresHCamera movement language
General filmmaking education used to explain why a camera moves.
Watch from StudioBinderShot sizes and framing
General filmmaking education for choosing framing before building an RE+ path.
Watch from StudioBinderFrame rate explained
General video education explaining output cadence. It does not define RE+ behavior.
Watch from Video SchoolShutter and motion blur
General cinematography education for exposure time and motion appearance.
Watch from In Depth CineTemporal sampling in an offline renderer
General renderer education. It supports the sampling mental model, not exact RE+ capture-mode behavior.

What must pass before publishing.
- Every registered guide has a unique content ID.
- Every entry has a page type, status, summary and search terms.
- Internal routes and required production pages render successfully.
- External source health is reviewed separately so a temporary outage cannot corrupt a release.
- Mobile navigation, keyboard search and reduced-motion behavior remain usable.
